Jack SU has worked in the technology industry since 1999. Jack started their career at Tencent, where they were a Backend Development Engineer responsible for the development and maintenance of the company's website, implementation, testing, and maintenance and upgrading of the existing website. From 2003 to 2019, Jack worked at Linden Lab, where they held several positions including Yuanjie Senior Engineering Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, Team Lead, Extraction, and Software Engineer. In these roles, Jack helped launch Tilia, Inc as a business, maintained communication with internal stakeholders, developed golang REST apis, and created a stakeholders meeting to keep internal stakeholders apprised of progress and priorities.

Jack SU obtained their Bachelor's degree from Xiamen University in 1999. Jack then went on to complete their Master of Computer Applications - MCA at Boston University in 2003, majoring in Mathematics and Computational Finance.
