Matt Roney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, project management, and policy analysis within the environmental sector. Currently serving as a Program Analyst at Boston Government Services since August 2019, Roney provides support for U.S. programs, building on previous experience as a Research Analyst at Allegheny Science & Technology, where support was offered to various programs under the DOE-FEMP. Roney also contributed as a Research Associate at the Earth Policy Institute, playing a key role in producing six influential books on global environmental issues. Early professional experience includes a role as a Staff Researcher for Dover, NH Community Services and a GIS Intern, where Roney developed programs aimed at groundwater protection and pet waste management.
