Angela Jaeger has over 18 years of experience in technology support and services, currently serving as the Technology Support and Services Manager at Lincoln Public Schools since August 2005. In this role, Angela analyzes and provides technical support to staff and students across various educational levels, maintains and repairs computer systems, and manages direct training for teaching staff. Additional responsibilities include leading initiatives for new employee training, coordinating technology committee meetings, and overseeing the configuration of operating systems and district-approved software. Angela's prior experience includes support roles in software technology and customer service positions, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Internet Systems Software Technology from Bellevue University and an Associate of Applied Science in Microcomputer Technology from Southeast Community College.
