Colleen Williams is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine candidate at Lincoln Memorial University, with extensive experience in veterinary practice and animal welfare. Currently serving as Vice President of the LMU CVM Shelter Medicine Club and President of the LMU CVM Companion Animal Club, Colleen is actively involved in research related to the impacts of COVID-19 on various animal populations. Previous roles include a student internship at Banfield Pet Hospital, where Colleen gained hands-on experience in physical exams and surgical procedures, and a receptionist position at Stanton Animal Hospital, managing client interactions and appointment scheduling. Colleen also worked as a research assistant and farm laborer at the University of Arkansas, focusing on swine research and animal care.
