Tyler Jacobson Baker has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in organizational and leadership effectiveness at Lincoln Financial Group since April 2015, where roles have included Assistant Vice President and Senior Consultant. Responsibilities encompass collaboration with leaders and HR business partners to enhance organizational performance, development of effective leadership teams, and facilitation of change management initiatives. Prior to this role, Tyler served as a Senior Marketing Manager at the University of Pennsylvania, leading integrated marketing programs, and has held various positions in graphic design and human resources. Tyler's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a BFA in Graphic Design and Photography from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Additionally, Tyler serves as a referee for USA Fencing.
