Michael Webb, MBA, serves as Vice President and Head of Retirement Plan Services IT & Workplace Automation at Lincoln Financial Group, where responsibilities include shaping the technology vision and overseeing the Group Protection claims platforms and the Group Automation Program. With a career spanning over two decades, Michael has held various leadership roles, including VP of Operations Technology, where enterprise business process management and digital solutions were key focuses, and Head of Enterprise Automation, which involved introducing Robotics Process Automation across the organization. Prior to this, at CNO Financial Group, Michael directed business process automation initiatives and managed marketing technology projects. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in International Business from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Bachelor of Science in Management/Business Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University.
