Girish Jandhyala serves as the Assistant Vice President of Organization & Leadership Effectiveness at Lincoln Financial Group. Previously, Girish held multiple leadership roles at Volvo Group, including Global Program Manager, Global Continuous Improvement Manager, and Global VPS Manager. Prior to this, Girish was the Recruitment Lead for Human Resources at TVS Motor Company. Girish is currently pursuing education at Cornell University, having also completed a program at Harvard Business School Online in 2022.
