Previous roles include Managing Director at Metrode Products Limited, Services Product Manager at GE Energy, and Service Sales and Marketing Manager at GE Healthcare, among others. Charles is adept in areas such as solution selling, business process transformation, financial forecasting, and customer relationship management. Charles holds an MSc in Thermal Power from Cranfield University and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Wales.
