Paula Reeves is an experienced educator and trainer in the field of Functional Skills and literacy, currently serving as an NHS Reservist at Lincoln County Hospital since October 2022. Previously, Paula was the Director and Functional Skills Specialist at Elite Care Training Ltd from February 2018 to November 2020, where a specialist training resource team was provided for Health and Social Care and Functional Skills.
