Judith Byrd serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Christo and Jean Claude Foundation since September 2023. In addition, Judith holds the position of President & CEO at Byrd Retail Group, a consulting firm focused on brand representation and investment in the restaurant and luxury retail sectors within high-traffic airport terminals since August 2010. Judith also contributes to various organizations, including serving as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Airport Restaurant and Retail Association since March 2020, and holding board positions at Lincoln Center Theater, Fashion Institute of Technology, NYC Tourism + Conventions, and the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. Judith's previous experience includes board roles at First National Bank of New York, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, and New York Community Trust. Educational credentials include a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, a BA in Journalism from Howard University, and completion of the Urban Planning Fellowship at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
