Laila Stanizai is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lincoln Avenue Communities since August 2019, Laila previously accumulated expertise in project management for C-level and board recruitment at Heidrick & Struggles, along with roles at Deutsche Bank, Dentons, and the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. Laila's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Empire State University and studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology and The New School. A career break was taken between November 2010 and September 2011.
