Elias Garcell, EdD, currently serves as the Head of Application Development at Lincare, where responsibilities include managing the application portfolio and overseeing budgetary planning. With extensive experience in various leadership roles across different organizations, Elias has previously worked as a Senior Manager of System Integration at Lincare, Senior Manager of Integration Development at Hertz, and Manager of Software Engineering at Ultimate Software. Additionally, Elias has held director level positions at Assurant and Broward County Government, managing application development and implementation on a global scale. An accomplished educator, Elias has also served as an adjunct professor at Broward College and The Art Institutes, specializing in software development and multimedia systems. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Instructional Technology and Distance Education, and a Master of International Business Administration, both from Nova Southeastern University.
