Don Kraemer is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades in manufacturing and program management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for Cemtol and Traxle Manufacturing at Linamar Corporation since September 2002, Don has established a strong role in liaising with sales, customers, and suppliers, alongside overseeing significant department launches for various automotive components. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager, where Don acted as a program liaison for new and existing launches, and Program Manager at General Motors, focusing on manufacturing engineering for key automotive programs. Don’s early experience in process and manufacturing engineering at Linamar involved working with a wide range of components, solidifying a robust technical background in manufacturing processes, including aluminum machining and metal forming. Don holds a degree in Design and Analysis, Mechanical Engineering from Conestoga College.
