Chris Freeman is an accomplished Survey Program Manager at Lina T. Ramey & Associates, Inc. since June 2012, overseeing a skilled team of licensed surveyors and technicians across multiple Texas locations, specializing in transportation-related projects for various municipal and state agencies, as well as private clients. Previously, Chris held the role of Phase Manager at Woolpert, Inc., where project phases were managed for diverse clients in Texas from February 2011 to June 2012, and served as Project Manager/Survey Manager at Bohannan Huston, Inc., directing survey activities in the Dallas office from February 2004 to February 2011.
