Dawn Altman has extensive experience in health education, consulting, and nursing, with a focus on cardiac topics and ECG instruction. As the Administrator and Owner of the ECG Guru website since November 2011, Dawn provides free instructional resources for educators. Additionally, Dawn serves as the Author of ECG Challenge, a smartphone app developed with Limmer Creative since 2012, and has owned ECG Guru, Inc. since January 1994, teaching ECG and health topics to healthcare professionals. Previous roles include PACU RN at Lake Worth Surgical Center, Lead Clinical Instructor at Palm Beach State College, and various nursing positions at Bethesda Memorial Hospital. Dawn holds an Associate of Science in Nursing from Palm Beach Community College and a high school diploma from Forest Hill High School.
