Sven Londal serves as the Service Centre Director at Limitless Technology since January 2021, overseeing the operational delivery of the global Service Centre and focusing on continuous improvements and departmental performance. Previously, Sven held the position of Head of Service Centre at Conn3ct from December 2017 to January 2021, managing the Network Operations Center in the UK and India. Sven's extensive experience also includes roles as Contact Centre Manager at Hinduja Global Solutions Europe Limited, Account Management Manager at XLN Business Services, and various operational management positions within Serco Global Services. Early career experience includes forensic investigation at Absa and various banking roles, complemented by an academic background in Retail Banking from the University of South Africa - Institute of Bankers.
