Liz Haffa currently serves as the Director of Development and Communications at Limitless Horizons Ixil, a position held since May 2017, following roles as Senior Manager and Development and Communications Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Program Officer for the Global Policy Forum at the World Affairs Council of Northern California and as District Operational Plan Coordinator for USAID's Emerging Markets Development Advisors Program, where responsibilities included coordinating meetings and preparing communications. Liz's career also encompasses roles as an Election Observer for the Organization of American States, a Communications, Fundraising, and Partnerships Fellow with Global Health Corps/FVS-AMADE Burundi, and various positions in resource development and advocacy. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Public Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a French minor from UCLA.
