Winne L. has extensive experience in the field of data science. They currently hold the position of Senior Data Scientist at Lime, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Scientist at Facebook from September 2020 to April 2022. In 2020, they also served as a Health Equity Intern at Families USA. In 2019, Winne L. worked as a Data Science Intern at Facebook. They gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Apprentice at UC Berkeley School of Public Health from February 2018 to May 2019. They also worked as a Civic Data Science REU Intern at Georgia Institute of Technology from May 2018 to July 2018. Winne L.'s work experience also includes a role as a Research Fellow at the Haas Institute for a Fair and Inclusive Society from June 2017 to December 2017 and a Research Intern position at NASA from June 2015 to August 2015.

Winne L. attended Montgomery Blair High School from 2012 to 2016, where they participated in the Math, Science, and Computer Science Magnet Program. They then pursued higher education at the University of California, Berkeley from 2016 to 2019. At Berkeley, Winne L. obtained a Bachelor's degree in the fields of Statistics and Public Health.
