Dushantha Vigneswaran has a diverse work experience history. Starting from 2013, they worked as an Assistant Engineer at Davies, Craig Pty Ltd until March 2016. In 2017, they joined SMA Construction as a Mechanical Coordinator and worked until February 2018. Following that, they took on various roles at Lime, including Mechanical Lead from June 2019 to December 2020, Warehouse Manager from December 2020 to September 2021, Operation Associate from September 2021 to August 2022, and currently, they hold the position of EMEA Facility Manager starting from July 2022.

Dushantha Vigneswaran obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Deakin University from 2011 to 2016.
