Cooper Borchert has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as the owner and landscaper of MulchBros. In 2016, they worked as an intern at Northflow Solutions, gaining valuable industry knowledge. The following year, in 2017, Cooper worked as a pool maintenance and technician at Peterson Pools & Spas. In 2018, they co-founded Sammy's Sweets, demonstrating their entrepreneurial skills by driving the company forward with new ideas and innovations. At Sammy's Sweets, they also marketed the product through social media and completed a business proposal that led to the company being established as an LLC.

Since 2019, Cooper has been employed at Lime, where they have held multiple roles. Cooper started as an Operations Lead Manager, focusing on execution, optimization, experimentation, and performance management. In this role, they also supervised a team and integrated new strategies to increase worker productivity. Cooper then transitioned to the role of Operations Coordinator, where they managed operations in multiple states and worked towards revolutionizing transportation with the leader in urban mobility solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Manager at Lime, although no end date is provided for this role.

Cooper Borchert attended Eden Prairie High School from 2011 to 2016. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's degree at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2017 to 2021. Cooper'sfield of study at the university was Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
