Previously, Paul held director roles at Benelisha Consulting and has worked as a Senior Consultant at Davidson Recruitment and in various recruitment consultant positions at Hudson and Candle. Paul began formal education at Glen Waverley Secondary College and furthered studies at RMIT University between 1991 and 1993.
