Rai Rahul has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. In 2023, they worked at Lime.ai as part of the CEO's Office in Strategy & Program Management. From 2021 to 2022, they were the City Head for Strategy and Operations at Saveo.in. In 2020, they worked at Yulu in Ecosystem Partnership focusing on Growth & Policy. Rai also had a research internship at India Development Foundation (IDF) during the same year. In 2019, they completed an internship at Dhaatri, where they worked on infrastructure, health & hygiene, and sexual harassment in ashram schools. Starting from 2016, they held various positions at OYO, including Micro Market CEO for Operations and Growth in Shillong. Rai was responsible for managing end-to-end PnL and driving offline channels. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Shuttl as an Assistant Manager, focusing on business expansion and PnL management. Rai also served as a Management Trainee during that time.

Rai Rahul completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 2011 to 2015. Later, in 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy from the National Law School of India University.
