Christian Stur is an experienced data science professional currently serving as Team Lead Data Science at LIME since January 2023. Prior to this role, Christian held the position of Senior Machine Learning Engineer at AICURA medical GmbH, where major contributions included the development of a modular, generic data science pipeline and the creation of predictive applications for post-cardiac surgery patients and heart arrhythmias. Christian's career also includes roles as a Data Scientist at ExB Group, where pipeline improvements were made, and as a Research Associate at ScaDs Leipzig, focusing on machine learning algorithms for clothing imagery. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Leipzig University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Freiburg.
