Duygu DEFNE TERLİKSİZ is currently serving as the Transformation Office Director at Limak Group of Companies, focusing on digital transformation and technology integration. With two decades of experience at Turkcell, Duygu held various leadership roles, including Digital Transformation Program Leader and Customer Experience Manager, orchestrating extensive project teams and pioneering digital services. Duygu's accomplishments include the development of Türkiye's first Big Data Analytics products and the innovative launch of messaging applications in collaboration with Microsoft. An MBA graduate from Marmara University and a graduate in International Relations from Istanbul Bilgi University, Duygu has a proven track record in enhancing customer experience and driving corporate strategy.
