Joel Alexander Fajardo Salcedo is an experienced Jefe de Proyectos de TI at LIMA since January 2021, with over three years of successful leadership in TIC projects, focusing on planning, management, and cost control. Previously, Joel held the position of Jefe de Proyectos in the Engineering and Electronics area at Construcciones y Representaciones Tolentino SAC from June 2015 to December 2020. Joel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, completing studies between 2014 and 2018.
