Neil Persaud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Director for the Americas at LiveMore since 2020, Neil is instrumental in developing a digital platform focused on personal development. In addition, Neil holds the position of Adjunct Professor for the Graduate Studies Program at LIM College, teaching Business and Entrepreneurship. Previously, Neil was Chief People Officer and Board Member at CXA Group, and has held significant HR roles at NTT Communications and The Home Depot. Academically, Neil is pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership and Innovation at New York University, holds an MBA from St. Joseph's University, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from The City University of New York.
