Katie Eck is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent development, operations, and marketing. Currently working at Lilly Pulitzer since May 2015, Katie has held various roles including Talent Development and Operations Associate, Executive Support and Talent Operations Associate, Administrative Assistant, Selling Specialist, and Sales Associate. Prior experience includes serving as a Realtor at Century21 from August 2004 to January 2008 and as a Marketing Manager at both Pegasus Communications and Thomson Learning from 1999 to 2004. Katie Eck holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and completed secondary education at Upper Merion Area High School.
