Ashlee Vosters is a seasoned professional in product operations with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Lilly Pulitzer since March 2017, Ashlee oversees the development and production of various products, ensuring quality, performance, and compliance. Prior to this role, Ashlee worked at URBN from September 2010 to March 2017, where contributions included training teams, managing significant SKU increases, and leading projects that improved inventory and supplier compliance. Earlier positions at Benchworks and CRT-Tanaka further developed project management and coordination skills. Ashlee holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Rhetoric and Communications Studies from the University of Richmond.
