Heather Beaven is an experienced property and operations manager currently serving as Senior Property Manager at Lillibridge Healthcare Services since October 2024. Previously, Heather worked at the Cambridge Innovation Center from June 2015 to September 2024, holding positions as Property Manager and Director of Operations, where leadership focused on enhancing customer service and managing operations for a diverse client base. From June 2012 to June 2015, Heather directed operations at the Cortex Innovation Community's Center for Emerging Technologies, overseeing staff and ensuring support for a significant roster of clients. Early career experience includes roles at the Center for Emerging Technologies and the St. Louis Development Corporation, where Heather advanced to manage economic development initiatives.
