Bryan Esmeralda, AICP is currently the Manager of Land Planning at Liliʻuokalani Trust. Previously, Bryan held positions such as Senior Associate at Munekiyo Hiraga and Planner V at the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands. With a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University, Bryan has a background in research, infrastructure inventory, and policy development in the field of planning.
