Robin Pill is an experienced professional in quality management and aerospace engineering, currently serving as the Head of Quality Process Management at Lilium since February 2023. Pill previously held the position of Head of Quality Management at Dornier Seawings GmbH from February 2021 to February 2023. A tenure at Premium AEROTEC GmbH from March 2013 to January 2021 included roles such as Quality Manager for Business Management System & Expertise, Head of Q-Planning & Improvement, and Program Quality Coordinator for the A350. Earlier experience includes significant leadership roles at RUAG Aerospace Services GmbH and Fairchild Dornier GmbH, as well as technical and managerial positions in the Luftwaffe. Pill holds a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering from Bundeswehr University Munich, completed in December 1987.
