Dana Gilland serves as the President, Co-Founder, and Board of Directors Chair for the Nest Egg Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to providing financial grants for medical services related to fertility issues. In addition to supporting this mission, Dana Gilland holds advisory and investment roles at Simplifyber and Lilith NYC, organizations focused on sustainable apparel manufacturing and promoting diversity in the sneaker industry, respectively. As Chair of the Board Services Group for Chief and Co-Chair of the NYC Leadership Committee for 50/50 Women on Boards, Dana Gilland advocates for gender balance in leadership roles. Previous experience includes significant legal and consulting positions at ApiJect Systems, Enveritas, Energizer Holdings, and Edgewell Personal Care, contributing to advancements in medical technology, sustainability, and consumer products. Dana Gilland's educational background includes a JD from Western New England University School of Law and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut, complemented by studies at Harvard Business School Online and the University of Essex.
