Annika Galle serves as an Associate Professor of Financial Law and Governance at the Erasmus School of Law, Erasmus University Rotterdam since September 2005. Galle has held the position of Academic Director at the International Center for Financial Law and Governance since October 2018 and has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at CM Payments since April 2017. Additional roles include membership on the Supervisory Boards of Liliane Fonds and MIVA since June 2019, and formerly a lecturer in governance for the LCP Programme at the Nederlands Compliance Instituut from May 2020 to October 2022. Prior to these positions, Galle practiced as a lawyer at Holland Van Gijzen Advocaten en Notarissen LLP from November 2003 to September 2005. Galle holds an LLM in Law from Leiden University, obtained between 1998 and 2003, and completed secondary education at Stedelijk Gymnasium 's-Hertogenbosch from 1992 to 1998.
