Kelvin Kong is an accomplished human resources and organizational development leader with extensive experience in driving cultural transformation and strategic leadership initiatives. Currently serving as the Group Chief People Officer at Lightstorm, Kelvin is responsible for global human resources and culture within the telecom infrastructure platform. Previously, Kelvin founded Voices of Asia, a social enterprise aimed at supporting youth, and held roles such as Executive Director of Mentoring SG, Chief People & Culture Officer at Homage, and Group Head of Business Organizational Effectiveness at Lazada.
