Sal Avelar is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth marketing and strategic brand development. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Strategist at Klick since January 2024, Sal also holds the positions of Head of Growth and Fractional CMO at Lightster since June 2021, focusing on enhancing product-team collaboration through customer interviews. Sal’s expertise extends to mentoring startups at UofT Hatchery, advising on strategic growth for Voxqube, and previously held leadership roles including Sr. Director of Growth Marketing at NexJ Systems and Director of Growth Marketing & Loyalty at Sun Life Financial.
