Alex Hearn is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Lightstate since May 2022, Alex also holds a position as a Non-Executive Director at Cambridge Sensoriis and serves as the Chair of the New College Entrepreneurs Network, fostering investment in start-up companies associated with New College, Oxford. Previous roles include Founder and CEO of Senzer Limited, and significant contributions to KIND CONSUMER LIMITED and Hopster as a Non-Executive Director. Alex began a career in corporate finance as an Analyst at Altium Capital and was a founding member and President of Oxford Entrepreneurs. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School and a BA/MA from the University of Oxford.
