Jacqueline Williams is an experienced professional in editorial and learning design management. Currently serving as Editorial Manager and Knowledge Manager at Lightspeed since September 2022, Jacqueline previously held the position of Senior Learning Experience Designer at On Deck, where project management for online product development was led. Experience at The Knight Agency showcased skills as an Associate Literary Agent, representing a diverse roster of authors and guiding them through the publication process. Additional roles include Copy Editor and Writer at Beeline Group, Editorial Fellow at Chronicle Books, and Community Organizer at Airbnb. Early career involvement with the National Domestic Workers Alliance and the Federal Trade Commission highlights a solid foundation in research and public policy.
