Shaun Fagan began their career in 2001 as an Event Manager for Imark Communications. In 2002, they joined Lightspeed Technologies, Inc. as the Vice President of Product Development and subsequently held the roles of Director of Product Marketing, Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, and Pro Audio Marketing Manager.

Shaun Fagan attended Oregon State University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
