Emily Townsend is an experienced education professional with a strong focus on client success and instructional leadership. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager for Enterprise at Lightspeed Systems since January 2023, Emily builds rapport with enterprise-level clients and manages expectations to enhance product utilization. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Success Manager at Illuminate Education, where Emily facilitated customer journeys, and as Math Director at Redwood Literacy, designing specialized curriculums for students with learning disabilities. With a background in teaching from positions at KIPP Chicago and Chicago International Charter School, Emily has consistently driven student achievement and implemented effective educational strategies. Emily holds a Master of Education from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science from Missouri State University.
