Yogi Shmuel currently serves as the Head of Business Development for the West Coast at Equiem, where efforts focus on digitizing commercial real estate through tenant experience and analytics. Prior experience includes a successful tenure as a Real Estate Broker at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, leading an award-winning team managing over $2 billion in assets across Manhattan and Brooklyn. Yogi co-founded YMBA Investment Group as a Real Estate Developer and previously led a 14-agent team at Citi Habitats, overseeing leasing and marketing for over 3,500 units. Early career highlights involve significant contributions as a Real Estate Agent at Homes Place Real Estate, where Yogi expanded the company’s portfolio and customer base. Additionally, Yogi served as a Sergeant First Class in the Israel Defense Forces, specializing in strategic planning and Krav Maga training within an elite special forces unit.
