Shelly Feld has extensive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, and Content Editing. Shelly began their career in 2004 as a Research Assistant at Bar Ilan University, where they were responsible for preparing proposals for the European Union Funding Committee. In 2006, they became a Content Editor at Metacafe, a world-wide video website. In 2007, they were an Account Manager at DDB. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at LivePerson, where they started as an Account Manager for SMB clients and eventually became the Manager of MidMarket Professional Services for EMEA. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Head of Client Relations and then the Director of Account Management at Yotpo. Shelly then became a Customer Success Manager at Roojoom from 2017 to 2018 and a Customer Value & Services Team Lead and then a Customer Success Team Lead at WalkMeâ„¢ from 2018 to 2020. Shelly is currently the Senior Director of Customer Success, EMEA at Lightico.
Shelly Feld obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & Communications from Bar-Ilan University between 2002 and 2004. Shelly then attended the University of Vienna in 2001-2002 for Communications. Shelly concluded their education with a Masters in Political Communications from Tel Aviv University between 2004 and 2006.
