Valerie Riley is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Lighthouse Louisiana since July 2023, Valerie has previously held the same title at both Jefferson Neurobehavioral Group and GulfSouth Autism Center from January 2022 to June 2023, and at LAFON Nursing Facility of the Holy Family from June 2020 to February 2022. Other notable positions include Human Resource Generalist at Daughters of Charity Health System and Human Resource Manager at both West Jefferson Health Care Center and St. Lukes/St Margarets Nursing Homes. Valerie began their career as a Human Resource Associate at Entergy and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Human Resource Management from the University of New Orleans between 2004 and 2008.
