John McFadden is an experienced project manager and educator in the electrical industry, currently serving as a Project Manager at Lighthouse Electric Company, Inc. since June 2020. McFadden has a significant background with the IBEW/NECA Electrical Training Alliance as a Curriculum Developer and Subject Matter Expert since October 2014, and has been involved with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers as an EPRI Part B & Test Administrator for Instrumentation & Controls Certification since March 2014. As a part-time instructor for IBEW Local #5 JATC since November 2011, McFadden leads various training courses including Instrumentation/Calibration and Electrical Safety. Previous roles include Project Manager and Project Superintendent at Sargent Electric Company and Superintendent at Miller Electric Construction, contributing to over two decades of expertise as a Journeyman Inside Wireman/Technician since 2002. McFadden holds a Certificate for Master Instructor/Trainer in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Michigan and a Journeyman Inside Wireman/Technician degree from the IBEW Local Union #5 Apprenticeship program.
