Kayla Caikauskas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Development at Lighthouse Credit Union since September 2019, Kayla has previously held roles as Learning and Organizational Development Supervisor and Enterprise Learning & Development Specialist, focusing on management training programs. Formerly, Kayla worked at People's United Bank, N.A. as a Learning and Development Facilitator and Sales and Service Supervisor, where responsibilities included supervising branch operations and employee coaching. Experience also includes positions at Fidelity Investments, TD, and Target, where skills in customer service, quality control, and sales were developed. Kayla holds two associate's degrees in Human Resources Management and Teacher Education from Manchester Community College NH and Nashua Community College, respectively.
