Joanna Kochel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Joanna joined Lighthouse in 2019 and has held various positions including Director of Data R&D, Engineering Manager, Senior Solution Architect, Senior Team Lead, Senior Product Solution Architect, Tech Lead, and Technical Product Owner. Prior to that, they worked at Heetch as a Data Scientist, Analytics from 2017 to 2019. Joanna also worked at Nokia as a Data Analyst from 2015 to 2017 and as a Python Developer from 2014 to 2015.

Joanna Kochel pursued an Engineer's degree in Applied Mathematics from 2013 to 2017 at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Joanna also completed a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera in 2020.
