Laura Jiménez López is a seasoned professional in customer support and operations management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Support at LightForce since April 2022. In this role, Laura has successfully structured the Customer Support team, established training programs, and initiated the Costa Rica Employees Committee focusing on social responsibility. Previous experience includes roles at Accenture, where Laura significantly expanded teams and implemented impactful engagement strategies, and at Equifax, overseeing the development of a large workforce to enhance customer service. Laura's career also includes a tenure at The Stars Group, where notable contributions to process improvement and team development were made.
