Michael Lee serves as the Product Technical Documentation Manager and Product Trainer at LightBox since March 2018. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at MarketStar from 2010 to November 2017, including Project Manager and Regional Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing client relations, executing marketing campaigns, and overseeing retail sales teams. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Training Specialist at The Eleven Agency from 2007 to 2010, and working at PHAROS SCIENCE & APPLICATIONS, INC. from 2001 to 2007, first as a Marketing Coordinator and then as a Technical Support Manager. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, obtained in 1999.
