Tara Hally is an accomplished financial professional currently serving as an Associate at LightBay Capital since August 2022. Prior to this role, Tara contributed to Girls Inc. as a Jr. Board of Directors Events Co-Chair from July 2021 to July 2022 and gained extensive experience at Citi, starting as a Sophomore Summer Analyst in June 2018, progressing to an Investment Banking Summer Analyst, and ultimately serving as an Investment Banking Analyst until July 2022. Additionally, Tara was a Director of Operations and the Founder and Regional Director of the Washington DC Branch for SHINE for Girls from August 2014 to August 2018. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Finance from Boston College.
