Dylan Melby is a Private Equity Associate at LightBay Capital since August 2023, previously serving as a Private Equity Analyst. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Harris Williams, specializing in Food & Beverage M&A from June 2022 to July 2023, and as a Summer Analyst in Investment Banking at Chartwell Financial Advisory, Inc. in the summer of 2021. Dylan also interned as a Business Valuation Analyst at BGH Valuation Services, LLC and as an Analyst Intern at Crosswalk Capital. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Finance and Accounting, along with minors in Business Analytics, from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, and graduated from Buffalo Senior High School in 2018.
