Dave McKenna is the current advisor at Light Line Delivery and was most recently the CEO/Vice Chairman of ResMan Property Management Software. Dave has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has developed a strong strategic vision for product development and growth. Dave has successfully raised $40 million in private equity to fund growth and has increased ResMan's annual contract value (ACV) from $300,000 to $12 million. Dave has also expanded the company's installed base 10-fold and achieved negative churn. In addition to their work at ResMan, Dave has also established a corporate responsibility program in partnership with Samaritan Inn, the largest non-profit homeless program in Collin County, Texas.

Dave McKenna pursued an entrepreneurial studies degree at Babson College before getting their MBA from Chaminade University. Dave has a bachelor's degree in political science with a focus on foreign policy from the University of Oklahoma.
